Advanced or "Early Bird" Pricing

Location: Ecommerce/Products / Product Editor / Product Items Section -> Advance Price Cut-Off Setting

Overview: To offer an advanced discounted price for a product, or sometimes called "Early Bird" pricing, you will need to enable the Advance Price Cut-Off Setting located in the product items section. Once enabled you will set a date and time for the discounted price to stop showing, at which time it will rollback to the regular retail price automatically. 

Once you have enabled and set the Advance Price Cut-Off setting, be sure to set the Advanced Price itself in the Retail/Advance price box.

The system does support the ability to offer an advanced price and member group discount combination discount, so if this applies to your offer, set the price boxes in both Retail and Advance Price as needed. (See Help on Member Group Discount Pricing)
