How to Create a New Student Course Record or Course Registration via Order:

  1. Visit Contacts/Contact Record/ View Mode -> Orders Section
  2. Click New Sales Receipt or New Invoice to create a new order
  3. Click the Courses button and select the relevant course in the "Select Items" section of the order editor.
  4. Review and add the payment and submit the order
  5. Click Save and Close
  6. The Student Course Record is automatically created and associated to the Contact with a successfully processed order

Where to Create and Manage Student Course Records

 The three main locations where you can create a new Student Course Records are:

  • Student Course Record Finder: The primary location where you can search, sort, create, edit, and manage Student Course Records is found under Learning Management/Courses/Student Course Records.
  • Contacts Finder: Under Contact Management/Contact in the Courses Section of the View  Mode of a Contact Record, you will see the Student Course Records for that contact only. You can create, edit, and manage from here.
  • Courses Finder: Course View Mode/General Section - At this time, this location only shows the first 500 records for a course. You can create, edit, and manage from here.
  • Orders: You can create and process an order for a course registration and this will  automatically create a Student Course Record to register the contact for the course.
