Overview: Assign a Conference to your Event (Optional)

Summary:

A conference  category will be needed if you have many events registered under the umbrella of one  main event and want to take advantage of the event conference system. For instance, you may have an in-person retreat, but offer many events that can be independently registered for within that retreat. The conference category assignment is a specialized way to group them all together into one single conference, which then allows you to use our conference  system to manage registrations, refunds, and exchanges.
