Limit Visibility Of An Event Item

Location: Events Management/Events/Event Editor/Event Items Section  -> "Visible To" Drop Down

Overview: Set visibility of an Event at the Item level and control if an item of an event is visible to administrators only, public, both, or hidden–as in the case where you want to stop offering a specific item within an event without deleting it.

Summary: 

Set visibility of an Event at the Item level per below guidelines:

  • If you want anyone to be able to register for the Event or Event Item, set to “Public and Administrator” (this is the default).
  • If you want to limit registrations for an Event or an Event Item to Back End Orders, you can set the to “Administrators Only.”
  • If for any reason you do not want anyone to register for a specific Event Item, set the visibility to “None.”
