How to Change the Student Course Access Settings

Location:  Learning Management/Courses /Student Course Records/ Student Course Record Editor -> General Section

Overview: The Course Access settings are primarily set in the Course Editor/Course Options section. If desired, you can manually override that setting inside an individual student course record via the Student Can Access Course Content setting. 

  1. In the Student Course Record Editor/General Section find the Student Can Access Course Content setting
  2. Review the options and set as needed. Choose from the following:
    • Until current Course settings for all students
    • Until a specific date
    • Indefinitely
    • No further access
  3. Click the Save and Close button.
