How to Change Answers to a Registrant's Completed Form

Overview: If needed, you can change the answers provided on a completed form that is associated with a course or event registration.


There are a number of places you can find, view and work with completed form records that are associated with a course or event registrant including:

  • Under Marketing Automation/Forms & Surveys, visit the Completed Forms Finder and view an individual record.
  • View an individual Contact Registration Record as found listed in View Mode of the Course or Event.
  • Visit either of the Finders that host the Registration Records for Courses or Events as is relevant to the specific object type.
  • Contact Management/Contacts in the individual Contact Record View Mode visit the Completed Forms Section.
