How to Locate the Order Associated with a Registrant’s Completed Form

Overview: You can easily locate the order record that is associated with a registrant’s completed form via the Registration Source ID link as found in the Registration Record view or edit mode.

There are a number of places you can find, view and work with completed form records that are associated with a course or event registrant including:

• An individual Contact Registration Record as found listed in the General Section of the View Mode of a Course or Event.
• Either of the Finders that host the Registration Records for Courses or Events as is relevant to the specific object type.
• Either the Course or Events Sections of the individual Contact Record View Mode as found under Contact Management/Contacts as is relevant to the specific object type.
