Preview a Document File

Location: Content Management/Documents/Find and Select -> Click once for View Mode 

Overview: Preview or view your document files found in your Documents database. 

How to Preview a Document File

1. Go to Content Management/Documents
2. Search or Sort to find the file you want to view
3. Once you find the file, left click once to load the file in view mode
4. In view mode is where you can preview the file

*Note MS Word, Excel and other proprietary file types will try to auto-save to your device for viewing as there is no default-browser based view for these file types.
