Import your Contacts and Add to Subscription List at Import

How To Perform your Contacts Import:

  1. Navigate to Contacts Management / Contacts
  2. In the Settings menu choose Import
  3. Click the Browse button to access your computer files
  4. Click the Choose File button to browse your computer for the .CSV file
  5. Click on the file to Select it and Choose Open
  6. Now we are on the Import Mapping and Options Screen
  7. First Decide if your CSV file has a header row
  8. Next Map each field you see on the left to its matching Database column on the right.
  9. Review the Duplicate Checking Options. In most cases, the defaulted is the best one.
  10. Select the Subscription List you would like to add this import to (if relevant.)
  11. You may also select the categories you want to assign to your import at this time (if relevant.)
  12. Click the Import button.
  13. The next screen will read back any errors if found.
  14. If no errors are found, finalize the import by clicking Close.
  15. If you want to go back and fix errors in your file, click Undo the Import to cancel.
