Offer Trial Periods In Recurring Billing or Installment Payment Products

Location:  Ecommerce/Products / Product Editor -> Installment Payments Section

Overview:

• Full Partner offers the ability to provide two optional trial offers along with a payment plan product.
• This can include a free trial, a reduced cost trial, or a combination of both.
• If you do not need to set up a trial period, you can skip to the Installment Payment Cycle section to set up your payment plan product

Summary: To create a trial period for your installment plan:

1. Check the Offer an initial Trial Period box next to Trial Period #1
2. In the Trial #1 payment field, enter the amount you want to charge for your trial. If you want to offer a free trial enter 0.
3. Set the length of the Trial #1 Period.
4. If you want to offer a second trial period repeat the above steps using Trial Period #2  settings.
