Before you can proceed to the Order Editor, you need to assign your order to a contact. 

1. First Search to see if the contact is in the database if so Select it.
2. If Contact is not found in the database, Create a New Contact, fill in the relevant info, Save and Close, then it will attach to the Order.

Alternately you can go directly to Contact Management/Contacts/View Mode/Orders Section to Create the Order.
