Overview: In the following two videos we look at where to find orders that need to be fulfilled, and what steps to take to get them marked as Paid and Shipped.

How To Fulfill an Order

Summary Points on How to Fulfill an Order:

• Located under Ecommerce/Order Fulfillment is a list of Orders that are marked as having required shipping set to Yes, or contain a product item with a shipping weight in it indicating that it needs to be shipped.
• To Fulfill Orders - Edit each Order in this finder and review the following Shipping Settings as needed:
  • Shipping Method
  • Tracking Number Field 
  • Shipping Date - Set this as needed
  • Print Packing Slip
  • Print Work Order
• When finished with fulfilling that Order, Change Order  Shipped from "Not Shipped" to "Shipped"
• Save and Close
• This will send the Order Shipped Email to the customer and mark the Order as Status Paid and Shipped (1) and remove it from the Fulfillment Finder
