Review and Confirm Results of Test Order via Contact Record

Overview:

• Its a good idea to review the results after running your Test Order to confirm everything is connected and working as expected.
• The best place to do that is by reviewing various sections of the Contact Record for the Test Account you used.

Summary:

• Review your test results by reviewing various sections of the View Mode of the Contact Record for your Test Account.
• Besides the Order Records, here you can confirm if any Rules and Sequences that were set up to be triggered on your test item, were set up correctly, as well as any Registrations etc.
• Check for the following sections as needed based on what you are testing for: (alphabetical order)
  • Courses - check to see if relevant Course Records were created
  • Emails Sent - check to see if the relevant emails went out, these can include: Receipts, and any Sequence Emails that were set to go out immediately.
  • Orders - here you can review the Order record, is it marked as Paid? If a recurring payment or payment plan was set up and tested, check for those order records as well.
  • Sequences - did you get added to the correct Sequence?
  • Subscription Lists - if a Rule was set to add to a Subscription List confirm that is working here.
  • Events - you can check here for Event Registration Records.
