Restrict Coupon for Use by Specific Contact

Location: Ecommerce/Coupons-> Click New or Edit an Existing Coupon/Coupon Type Menu/Single Contact Coupon

Overview:

• The Single Contact Type Coupon is the best way to  offer a discount to a specific Contact as it only allows the discount to be applied when the specified Contact is Signed In.
• You can either distribute the Coupon Code verbally,  via email, or print media etc, or you can embed the code into a link.
• To receive the discount,  the Contact will have be signed in to their account on your website with the email associated with their Contact Record.
• They will not have to enter the code, it will be pre-populated in the Shopping Cart once they are signed in and have applicable items in the Order.
• You can set the Number of Uses to limit the Coupon to one use, or allow multiple uses of the Coupon by the Contact.
