How to Offer Free Shipping

Located under Ecommerce/Shipping Methods -> Shipping Methods Editor/General Section

Overview:  Offer Free Shipping on All Orders

Summary: 

To offer Free Shipping on all orders:

1. Create a new Shipping Method,
2. Give it a Name like "Free Shipping" 
3. Set to Active
4. Save and Close

When you click New in Shipping Methods all the defaults are already set to no shipping fees or carriers so there is no need to set any other fields.

You may however want to restrict your Free Shipping to US States only, you can review and set that in the Shipping Destination Field (Default is Unites States - All States).
