Create Commission Records for All Products

(Same process for Courses and Events as for Products)

Location: Affiliate Management/Commission Charts/Commission Records /Click New or Edit Existing Record

Overview: 

• A Commission Record can encompass all of your Products with one payout rule.
• If you want to call out separate Products with different rules etc, you will want to use Specific Products in the Commission Type Menu, and create a record for each Product rule.

Note: You cannot have All Products set up as a Commission Record and then also call out a Specific Product within that same Commission Chart.

If at any time you need to call out a specific product differently, you either need to create a new Commission Chart to assign that record in, or you need to ensure that your one Commission Chart has all the different rules spelled out with different Commission Records, one record each per Product.
