How to Create a Rule to Auto-Send Emails When Someone Fills Out a Form, Web Form or Survey

Overview: Send Email via add to Sequence when when someone fills out a Form, Web Form or Survey

• Setting up a Rule for a Form, Web Form, and Survey is a very similar process but its important to note that these are each different objects in our system.
• If you are not clear on which type of object your are creating the Rule for, you can visit each finder under Marketing Automation (Forms, Web Forms, Surveys)  to locate the  object your are wanting to create the Rule for. 
• In this video we use Form object as an example.
  • If you want to send an email when someone fills out a Web Form type form, choose that from the Trigger menu.
  • If you want to send an email when someone fills out a Survey, choose that from the Trigger menu.

Note: this video assumes you have already created the Sequence object with Emails assigned. You can review how to Create a Sequence in our Chapter on Sequences.
