Advanced Pricing Cut-Off Date

Location:  Learning Management/Courses/Course Editor/Course Items Section  -> Advanced Pricing Cut-Off 

Overview:   Assign a date and time for the system to automatically stop offering the price you have set in the Advanced Price in the Item Price Table and begin offering the Retail Price (Optional).

Note: In the following video we use and refer to an Event object for demonstration. Please note that the Items Section is identical for Events and Courses so the steps and information are exactly the same. 

Summary of Steps:

1. Click the Enable radio button in the Advanced Pricing Cut-Off field
2. Set the Advanced Pricing Cut-Off date and time into the future
3. On this date and time you set here, the system will automatically stop offering the price you have set in the Advanced Price in the Item Price Table and begin offering the Retail Price.
