Set a Link to Open in a Popover 

Overview: Set a Popover page display to any of your content object links.

Summary: A Popover is a link display presentation that creates a semitransparent modal overlay over the original website page. It is used to present a framed in piece of content you want your user to focus in on. This is often used for subscription forms, larger views of images, focused view of documents, articles and more. The user will have to click the close button to get back to the webpage below.  

Note a Popover is different thana Pop-up; Popovers are not blocked by Pop-up blockers.

How to set a Link to Open in a Popover

1. In a Content Editor highlight the text or select an image that you want to become a link.
2. Click on the “Add Link” tool in the tool set to bring up the Insert Link dialog.
3. If you have not already, create your link.
4. Next once your link is created, In the Insert Link dialog , open the "Target" menu and select “Open in Popover”
5. Select the Popover display you would like to use from the Popover finder.
6. This brings you back to Insert Link dialog where you will click the “Save” button to finalize the link.
