Profile Image for Forum Participants

Location: Customer Signed in to the Public Website/My Account Page ->  My Profile Information Section - Picture Upload

Overview: If your forum participants wish to have a photo shown next to their post along with their name, have them upload a photo.

Summary of Steps for Forum Participants to Add a Profile Image:

1. Click on the My Account link–typically located at the top right of your website or learning center and sign in
2. Once signed in the My Account page, click on the My Profile link on the left menu
3. Find the Picture Upload field
4. Click the Browse button to browse the computer files to find an image to use for the forum profile picture
5. Once the image has been found and selected from the computer, the photo will be previewed on the My Profile / Photo field
6. Next they will need to click Save

Note: You will need to be sure the My Profile section is enabled in the My Account service, and ensure the Profile Image field is also set to show.
