Add Multiple Products to a Page at Once with Add List Feature

Location: Ecommerce/Products to create the List and Websites Management/Website Settings/Your Website Name /Enter Design Mode -> Column Editor to add the list to the page

Overview: In some cases it may make more sense to add a list of products to page instead of adding the products one at a time. Instances where this may be helpful is when using a grid content display to show multiple products in a gird—taking advantage of the content gird display setting in the column editor, or when you have a large quantity of products that you want to put on a page at once.

The overview of the steps are:

1. Create products
2. Add categories to products
3. Create the products query list based on common category added in step 2
4. Add the list to the page via column editor
5. Set the product display method
6. Save and close

The best way to create a product list is with a common category, so you can add the categories to the product when you create the products.  However, you can also go back in and add and remove categories after products have been created so its not critical to do it when you are creating them. The next step is to run the query list in products finder. See: Create Category Query Lists

The final steps are similar to add the individual product to page except you will choose add a list in the column editor instead of Add Individual Item.

Summary of Step to add Product List to a Page:

1. In design mode, be sure you are in Show Headers Mode so you can see the column headers all across the page.
2. Find the Pages list, and then click or the page that you want to add the product to.
3. On the page, find the column you want to add the product to and click the gearwheel in the column header bar to access the column editor. (With updates coming soon, this may also just be the word "Content" in the column header bar.)
4. Once in the column editor find the “Add List” button.
5. This will launch the List Finder  where you can search for and find the product query list you want to add.
6. Click Select next to the product query list you want to add. This will also save and refresh the website page in the background. 
7. Review the Display Method menu and set the display method to your desired method, typically you'll choose either: Basic Information with link to register, Full Information, or Multi Image/ Multi column display.
8. When done, click Save and Close in the column editor.
9. If you want to add more products to the page add the relevant category to the product, and it will automatically populate the list and present on the page. 
10. Alterantely, if you want to remove a product from the page, edit the product and remove the relevant category.
