Create a Rule to Register Contact for a Course with Purchase of Product

Location: Marketing Automation/Rules -> New

Overview: In some instances you may want to bundle the registration of an event with the purchase of a product. You can use a rule to automate this action using the logic:  Register a Contact for an Event when the Contact purchases a Product.

Summary of Steps to Create a Rule to Register Contact for a Course with Purchase of Product:

1. Located under Marketing Automation/Rules -> Click New
2. Set the "Trigger" e.g. When a Product is Purchased / Select the associated Product
3. Set the "Action"  e.g. Course - Register Contact /Find the Relevant Course
4. Review any Conditions if needed
5. Make sure Rule is set to Active
6. Save and Close
