Set Event for Off Site Registration

Location:  Events Management/Events/Event Editor/General Section/Registration Mode -> Off Site Registration

Overview:  When selected the off site registration setting will allow you to display an event on your own website, but allow the register button to take the web visitor to an off site URL.
