How to Create a Note on an Event via Contact View

Locations:

Contact Record View/General Section/ Upcoming Schedule - > Click on the Name of the Event record to access the Event View Mode where you can then click through to the Notes section of the event.

OR

Contact Record View/Events Section - > Click on the Event Record to access the Event View Mode where you can then click through to the Notes section of the event.

Overview: One way to create a note on an event, is to visit the relevant contact record—either yours as the owner, or an associated lead contact—and on the upcoming schedule in the general section, click the name of the event. In the view mode of the event that comes up, you can then click through to the Notes section of the event.
