Overview:The Sign In Section of the Contact Editor is where you can set up or manage your Account Manager or Website users’ passwords.

Note: Full Partner strongly recommends that for best security protocol, you not create passwords on behalf of your contacts if at all possible. Our policy is to encourage you to use one of the two system emails available for you to use and/or ask the contact to access the Forgot Password link as found on the sign in screen (Often can be accessed via the My Account page if you do not have a "Sign In" link in your menu).
However, there are times when the only choice is to manually reset a password, such as is the case with Account Admins or contacts locked out of their email accounts. In these cases, you will not use either of the send email settings. Instead, you will need to communicate the new password you create on their behalf to the contact either verbally or via a personal email message sent from your own inbox.
