Contact Editor – Convert To Company Contact (or Convert To Person Contact)

Location: Contact Management/All Contacts/Contact Editor -> Convert To Company / Convert To Person Section

Overview: In the Contact Editor of both a Person Contact and a Company Contact, you can find a checkbox that when clicked and the record saved, will convert the record form one type of contact to the other.

Note: No data gets lost in this process, and the system will intelligently shift the values into their new corresponding relevant fields within the other type of editor.
