Contact Editor – Comments

Location: Contact Management/All Contacts/Contact Editor -> Comments Section

Overview: In the Comments section of the Contact Editor you can find a brief description field and a Comments field. These fields are lesser used fields. You may find that the Notes feature as found in the View Mode of a Contact Record is more useful for making notes on a contact.

There are times when you may find that comments section may be helpful, as in the case of importing contacts. If you come across data points and misc. information that you have stored on a contact that you want to save and bring in on import into Full Partner, you can create a column in the .CSV file and map it to the Comments section on import.
