Getting Started with Marketing Automation

Marketing Automation is the key to setting up automated actions that are based on your website visitor's triggers.

Triggers can range anywhere from filling out a form, to registering for a course, or event, to purchasing a product and much more.

The actions can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be. Ranging anywhere from sending an email for a free report delivery, to adding someone to a member group, registering for a course, and putting them on a follow up sequence for upsell marketing –all based on one action.

Rules and Sequences are  the core components of Marketing Automation so we will focus exclusively on these two areas in the next set of training videos.
