Contact Management Course Overview:Introduction: There are a variety of contacts you can have in your account. We now can differentiate between Person and Company contacts, as well you can combine them into one finder to work with both. Within these types of contacts you may also have General Contact Records, Customer Accounts, Administrative Access and Limited Administrative Access Accounts. On the horizon we will also have a finder dedicated to Leads and Prospects and dedicated access settings just for your sales team.
